APPLICATION:
HYA, HYAT, HYAC, HYPAT, HYPA and HYA53, HYAT53, HYPA53, HYPAT53 cables are Telephone cables designed for telephone exchange area and trunk line. HYA,HYAT,HYPA and HYPAT can mainly be used in duct, sometimes overhead with messanger needed. HYAC can only be Used overhead with nomessenger. HYA53, HYAT53, HYPA, HYPAT53 cables mechnical Strength and anti-corrosive capacity, can be used any way, especially direct buried in rook area. The operating temperature are all -30¡æ¡«£«600¡æ.

STRUCTURE:
1. Conductor: annealed bare copper wires, wire diameters: 0.32, 0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7,0.8,0.9mm.
2. Insulation material: High density polythene or polypropylene. Insulation of type HYPA, HYPAT, HYPA53 and HYPAT53 cables is divided into two parts inside part is made of foam polythene, outside part is made of solid polythene. Insulated wires are marked with colors according to the full colorcode standard.
3. Insulated parirs: the insulated conductors are twisted into pairs with varying lay lengths so as to reduce crosstalk to the least degree. Special chromatic combinations are applied for the indentification of the pairs.
4. Core structure: 25 pairs form a unit. Cables having more than 25 pairs are assembled in units. Each unit is lapped up with bindings of specified colors for the convenience of identification. An extra 1% of spare pairs, but not exceeding 6 pairs, (for cable with §¶0.32mm conductor diameter, max 10 pairs )are attached to the cable of 100 pairs or more. The interstices inside HYAT and HYPAT cable cores are filled with jelly.
5. Core wrapping: Nonhygroscopic tapes are used to wrap up the core.
6. AL / plastic composite sheath.
(1) shield: A plastic coated aluminium tape of 0.3mm thick is applied longitudinally over the core wrap with two edge over lapped and seam sealed. For the cable of more than 400 pairs, the longitudlinal applied tape is corrugated.
(2) Sheath:low density black polythene.
7. Cable with additional mechanical protection layer(53 type)
(1) basic cable: mechanical protection layer can be added to all basic cable types HYA,HYAT,HYPA,HYPAT.
(2) Mechanical protection layer: corrugated steel/plastic composite tape of 0.25mm thick is applied longitudinally over the basic cable with two edges overlapped.
(3) Outer sheath:low density black polythene.
8. identification and length mark:on the surface of the calbe, at intervals fo 1 metre, are printed the perpetual marks, such as type, specifications, manufacturer, trade mark, year of manufacturer and sequentially unmbered length marks.
